Life Before EasyCV
Before EasyCV, department administrators were drowning in an endless cycle of CV formatting issues. Additionally, ”I've heard good feedback from our administrators too, that even going in and adding a thing or two [to a CV] is very simple, and they can access all of their all of their faculty CVs without having to harass them, like, hey, I need you to send this to me. They can just go in and get it and, it's great!”

Annual reviews used to be an administrative nightmare. Paperwork shuffled back and forth, delaying approvals and taking up valuable time. EasyCV has changed the game. The annual review forms were digitized and automated where possible, and rolled out to the department.  What once took “countless hours” for both faculty and administration per Summer, has been transformed. “[EasyCV] has been amazing, kind of centralizing it and making it a much smoother process for everybody involved.”
